Our Trust is seeking Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our team!

Grade F (Point 12 – 17) £27,711 - £30,060 per annum pro-rata

Term time only


PERMANENT

31.75 hours per week

Monday - Friday - 8:15 am to 3:15 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break

Plus, 30 minutes planning time on one day per week(Actual Salary c. £19,746 – £21,420)Start date – September 2025

The TEACH Poole Multi Academy
Trust was formed in April 2015. All four of our wonderful schools are graded as good or outstanding schools by Ofsted. We are extremely popular, over-subscribed, forward-thinking schools with supportive staff and fantastic children.  


We are looking to appoint Higher Level Teaching Assistants to join our Trust with the skills to work across the primary school age range. The successful candidates will work each day to cover classes for PPA across the school. The contract also allows time for weekly planning within the year group team. Staff will be employed by the Trust as a whole, but the current vacancies are required at Canford Heath Junior and Ad Astra Infant School, in the first instance
