The pay range for this role will be £28,142 - £31,537 (pro rata for part time colleagues)

We have an exciting fixed-term opportunity in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council Children’s Services for a full-time Management Information Support Officer to work in our Children’s Services Performance & Intelligence Team reporting to the Children’s Social Care Performance Manager.
Key tasks for this role include:
- You will be monitoring our DQ report closely and highlighting areas that need attention to the service. You will work proactively and in collaborations with the teams as well as system support colleagues when required to ensure maximum data accuracy and reliability in the source data across our Children’s Services case management systems.
- You will support the Performance Manager and Head of Service with data requirements. You will know where to get relevant data and how to extract it.
- You will lend support during Ofsted inspection, statutory returns and with FOIs as and when required.
- You will support with data collections such as for example South West Benchmarking or BCP Safeguarding Children Partnership.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is confident working using their own initiative as well as a part of a team. You will have excellent IT and Microsoft Office skills.
The post is a fixed term contract for 2 years.
Working hours are 37hrs per week, with the expectation that some days will be spent working in the office.
