The successful candidate:

 

We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate for the role of Receptionist with First Aid Responsibility to join our team at Magna Academy.

We are looking for an outstanding administrator to provide an effective, warm and welcoming reception service. This role will suit someone who is passionate about accuracy and detail, can work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for administering and recording first aid and be the key staff member when dealing with injuries.

The role 37 hours per week is term time and Inset days only (39 weeks per year)

What we are looking for:

●      An organised and accurate approach to working

●      To be efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

●      The ability to communicate clearly and confidently

●      Be knowledgeable of telephone etiquette

●      Flexibility and a sense of humour

●      Qualifications at least to level 2 or equivalent

First Aid qualification is preferable
