Harbour School Dorset is seeking a passionate and experienced Hair and Beauty Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire and educate students in the art and science of hair styling, beauty treatments, and cosmetology. They will deliver engaging, hands-on training in line with industry standards, preparing students for successful careers in the beauty industry. You will develop and deliver high-quality lessons in hair styling, colouring, beauty treatments, and makeup application as well as provide both theoretical knowledge and practical skills training.

Essential Qualifications for this role:
• Proven experience in the hair and beauty industry, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Relevant qualifications in Hairdressing, Beauty Therapy, or Cosmetology (e.g., NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
• Teaching qualification (e.g., Certificate in Education, PTLLS, or willingness to work towards one).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
