Self Employed or employed Personal Care Assistant/10 Hours Per Week/BH15 Area (EM/KH)
About the Role:
We are looking for a carer to look after our son, 2 days per week, 5 hours each day. Preferred days, Tuesday, and Wednesday but can be flexible. The caring role is for a variety of tasks which include going out into the community to attend appointments, play pool and go to the cinema. Further details regarding tasks, to be discussed during interview.
Personal care required at times; for example, supervising him to attend the toilet.
He has learning disabilities, autism, and behavioural problems. We are looking for a carer to support him with his behaviour.
He is in his mid-forties, he likes football, enjoys cricket, likes colouring in books, likes to play pool and go bowling. He has a good sense of humour.
Our son is nervous to unsuspecting loud noises and carries ear plugs with him.
The carer must like animals as the family has a pet dog.
Carer must have a driving license, car and be able to provide proof of appropriate vehicle insurance.
Hourly Rate – £12.21 per hour for an employed carer, should you be self-employed, please provide rates on application.
Day & Times – preferably Tuesday and Wednesday, 5 hours per day.
