Job Introduction

Starting salary for this role is £47,181 p.a. (pro rata for part-time colleagues)

Social Worker (Level 3) – Preparing for Adulthood

12‑month full‑time secondment or 12 month Fixed term contract


Help young people thrive into adulthood across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. Join a welcoming, supportive team where your skills make a daily difference—and where you’ll gain experience working with young people with a range of support needs and with numerous services and professional networks.


What you’ll do
Support young people as they transition into Adult Social Care, working closely with pathways including Long Term Conditions, Adult Autism, Community Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.


 What we’re looking for

  • Qualified (registered) Social Worker
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
  • Colleagues from any service area—your background adds value
