Due to our expanding service, we have an exciting opportunity to join BCP’s Lifeline Team in the role of Telecare Service Officer.
The Lifeline Team provides a wide range of services and technology designed around ensuring clients can remain safely, independently living in their own homes. The technology we provide allows for clients to raise alerts quickly and easily to our Operations Centre or their local support network 24/7.
The Telecare services Officer's primary role is to install, change and rectify any fault with the technology. Demonstrating the equipment and service to potential new clients and supporting our current clients using our equipment and accessing services.
