Admin Officer (Fixed Term)

St Clement’s and St John’s CE Infant School

Grade 4, SCP 6-9 (£12.38 - £13.02 per hour pro rata)

Actual Salary: £13,612 - £14,698 pro rata per annum

24 hrs term-time plus one week (40 weeks)

Hours TBC 4 days a week (mandatory on Fridays), with 30 min unpaid lunch break

Fixed term, Starting February 2024 for one year

 

St Clement’s & St John’s CE Infant School is a wonderful school set in Boscombe in the sunny town of Bournemouth. We are seeking to appoint an Admin Officer to work in our busy school office, and to undertake its associated tasks. The successful candidate will be a dedicated, talented and energetic individual with the ability to lead by example in this busy infant school. 

The school is part of Coastal Learning Partnership Multi Academy Trust; a vibrant, collaborative Trust of twenty schools working together around shared goals, values and aspirations. 


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience of working in an admin environment
  • Experience of working successfully and co-operating as a member of a team
  • Excellent numeracy and accuracy skills
  • Excellent customer care skills as first point of contact within the school
