Queen’s Park Infant Academy is a caring and happy school for children aged 4 to 7 years. Working together with parents/carers, we are committed to providing a high quality education for all our children. The school is part of Coastal Learning Partnership Multi Academy Trust; a vibrant, collaborative Partnership of twenty schools working together around shared goals, values and aspirations.

We are looking to appoint a talented PPA Cover Teaching Assistant to join a strong and supportive team of staff that is committed to providing the best possible learning opportunities for its children and staff.

The role will involve providing teaching cover and facilitating release time for teachers, on a regular timetabled basis, supporting the learning of groups of children and covering for occasional teacher absence.

Candidates should be dedicated to improving the life chances of every child; be a reflective practitioner and have a positive can-do attitude.

In return for your commitment, we can offer an environment in which you are encouraged to learn and progress, whether this be through professional qualifications or an ongoing programme of CPD. Our group of very different schools provides a range of opportunities for secondment and progression for staff.
