Our Seafront Service is responsible for the management and development of our beautiful world-renowned coastline, and we are looking for enthusiastic, effective and committed staff to join our Pier Amusements Team.

 

You would be part of a team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Pier Amusements. Whilst not an exhaustive list, the focus of this role will be related to:  

 

  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the Arcade and machines
  • Stock control, including restocking machines with prizes 
  • Ensuring statutory requirements are met.
  • Cashier duties.

 

 

This is a unique opportunity requiring a special individual who enjoys working in a mutually supportive and collaborative team environment but also can work well on their own initiative.

 

Ideally you will have:

 

  • Experience of delivering customer service
  • Experience of cash handling

 

 

You must have a positive and flexible outlook, be highly motivated, can learn quickly with a desire to develop, and are passionate about delivering excellent services.

Shifts vary due to business needs. Part time evening hours will be available. The Arcade is open 7 days a week including weekends and bank holidays from 8am to 11.30pm. No holidays are to be taken in June, July & August.
