In this role you will be responsible for setting up specialist exam rooms which requires the collection and return of papers, various equipment and computers.  You will need to be confident using IT including memory sticks and loading programs for students.   You will need to be available throughout the exam in case any issues arise which will need to be resolved promptly.  As part of this role you will also be required to invigilate in non-specialist exams and provide support and assistance with the examination process. This will involve assisting with the setup of examination venues, ensuring candidates do not speak during exams and dealing with any queries raised by candidates during the exam.  You will also need to check attendance and supervise candidates leaving the examination venues.
