Salary: Grade D, SCP 5-6 (£12.85 - £13.05 per hour FTE)
Actual Salary: £7,171 - £7,498 per annum pro rata

Longfleet CE Primary School is a busy and thriving school, with impressive facilities and resources and a supportive Senior Leadership Team. We are currently seeking to appoint a Lead Midday Supervisor. The school is part of Coastal Learning Partnership Multi Academy Trust; a vibrant, collaborative Trust of twenty schools working together around shared goals, values and aspirations.
The Lead Midday Supervisor will organise and lead our school lunch service and Midday Assistant team. They will oversee the school’s DIH (delivered in hot) lunchtime meals to our pupils, working in accordance with the Food Safety Management Plan. They will manage a team of lunchtime staff by ensuring rotas are in place and staff absences are covered. They will work alongside the school’s leadership team to help organise and manage the outdoor play activities and resources. They should have some experience with working with children and a willingness to undertake training to fulfil the various facets of the role.
