Job Introduction
Maths Study Mentor required to help our students that need additional support in this subject, to close gaps and support in lessons.
To work with the Maths Department to identify students who are failing to make the appropriate levels of progress, utilise devised programmes of study and act as a link between Learning Support and the Maths Department.
GCSEs Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English are essential. There may be an opportunity for the right candidate to progress into teaching.
The successful candidate would be willing to positively contribute to the life and energy of our school community.
The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and paid annual leave entitlement for an employee under 5 years’ service.
This role is UK based and your Right to Work will need to be established as part of the appointment process.
