Job Introduction
Self-employed carer/support worker required/6 hours per day, except Tuesday and Thursday/BH23 area (EM/MW)
About the Role:
We are looking to for carer/support worker to provide support to a young female, in her 20s who is autistic and needs help accessing shopping, going on outings, walking her assistance dog, making and attending medical appointments.
She requires support in the following areas:- to take her prescribed medication, to ensure that she is tending to her personal care needs, ensure she is having a healthy, balanced diet, eating regular meals, emotional support, paperwork and bills, attend appointments, build a good routine, explore education and desired work goals, maintain healthy relationships, help in managing financial matters and to access the community.
Hourly Rate – as self-employed, please provide rates of pay on application
Day & Times - 6 hour shifts available each day of the week currently.
